“Math Critters provides children with an engaging storyline to practice their math skills. The critters themselves are SO cute, they make adorable noises, and my 8-year-old loves completing the levels to hear a critter gurgle in contentment.

This app really gives a complete mental math workout, including not only the simple forms of math that are normally drilled (4+8=12), but also multiple strings of numbers and solving for the unknown – an important way of establishing early algebraic thinking. Most math apps only practice the basic form of equations, but developing some familiarity with these more complex forms prepares children to tackle formal algebra later in their math studies.

New Game, Math Critters, Released!

We’ve been super busy over the last few months working away on our next game designed to help kids get better at addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in a fun and intuitive way. This time, rather than a simple puzzle game we created a game more akin to the arcade-style fun of Tetris. As of today, we are proud to announce that our newest game, Math Critters, is available for both iPad and iPhone/iPod Touch! New Grow Your Garden Update With a Much Requested Feature

Our latest update for Grow Your Garden was just released to the App Store last night for both iPhone and iPad. The biggest change this time is the addition of a feature that many users requested: the ability to reset all the levels and garden to their install states without reinstalling the game. Now you can enjoy Grow Your Garden like it’s the first play-through all over again just by tapping the “Reset” button in the main menu. We’re always proud to add new features based on user feedback, so don’t hesitate to let us know what else you’d like to see!
